Brian is a co-founder of Taylor & Clark. Brian’s knowledge base of development and forward planning provides a thorough approach to achieving clients’ goals. Brian thrives when working on complicated projects by understanding the correct team to complete an objective and staying organized to provide clear directive.

Before founding Taylor & Clark, Brian worked on over 50 projects throughout his career including large grading and complicated entitlement projects. Brian worked at a publicly traded homebuilder and managed a team of project managers responsible for due diligence, managing consultants, entitlements, community design, and development activities. Brian started his career as an analyst focused on underwriting, equity and debt financing, and ongoing financial reporting.

Brian graduated from the University of Southern California with a degree in Economics. Outside of work, Brian enjoys playing golf and spending time with his family.

Jordan is a co-founder of Taylor & Clark. Jordan excels at finding solutions for difficult issues that arise throughout the development process by capitalizing on strong collaborative skills to bring municipal staff and a project team around achieving development objectives. His diverse background promotes creative solutions for complex development issues.

Before founding Taylor & Clark, Jordan worked as a project manager at large private and publicly traded homebuilding companies, conducting due diligence, managing consultants, entitlements, community design, and development activities for over 2,000 units across 30 subdivisions. Prior to working with homebuilders, Jordan worked at a mid-size private affordable housing developer where he conducted construction and permanent debt sourcing, equity sourcing, and managing over 600 units from conception through stabilization.

Jordan graduated from the University of Los Angeles, California with a B.A. Jordan also enjoys golf and spending time with his wife and two young children.
