Develop an entitlement strategy and plan in accordance with owners’ objectives. We process all development applications, plans/exhibits, agency permits, and technical reports through the local and state jurisdictions.

Coordinate the approval for the various technical reports, improvement plans, and building construction documents necessary for project completion. We act as the owner’s representative and coordinate between all parties involved in the design of the project in order to avoid major design conflicts.

On call services to provide owners a fast solution to submitting plans, routing documents, and acting as an in-person representative for ownership.

Coordinate and review various documentation produced by HOA Management Companies, the DRE Consultant, and Legal Team such as the DRE reports and CC&Rs.

Coordinate the release of the project bonds and HOA turnovers to successfully close out a project. We assemble the paperwork, complete the research, and manage the consultants to fully release bonds and close out a project.
